Of course, you’ll learn from your coach in a 1:1 fashion, but you’ll also have access to the Client Resource Portal housing 100+ hours of video trainings and a library of resources tailored to your needs (e.g. stress management, self-care, journal prompts, gut health guides, and more).
NOTE: You might be thinking “I don’t have time for all of that”
